(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture.)

 

We refer to the announcement dated 17 September 2025 in relation to Proposed Joint Venture. 

 

The Board of Directors of HCK wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent of the Proposed Joint Venture have been fulfilled on 16 April 2026 and hence, the Proposed Joint Venture has become unconditional.
