Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Velocity wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Velocity Capital Sdn. Bhd. and Velocity Direct Sdn. Bhd., both moneylending companies, pursuant to their ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 31 March 2026.
