Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce the financial assistance provided by UEM Sunrise's wholly-owned subsidiary, Nusajaya Rise Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company (previously undertaken by UEM Land Berhad) for the quarter ended 31 March 2026. The details are set out in the attachment.
