PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF BORNOIL ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement.

 

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 11 February 2026, 13 February 2026, 13 March 2026, 17 March 2026, 25 March 2026, 31 March 2026 and 6 April 2026 in relation to the Private Placement.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 220,000,000 Placement Shares issued pursuant to the second tranche of the Private Placement were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 9 April 2026.
