The Board of Directors of Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd ("SRHB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ingress Delta Construction Sdn Bhd ("IDC") had accepted the Letter of Award from Sunway Iskandar Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201101036317 (964451-A), for renovation works to "Permohonan Tambahan Ubahan Ke Atas Pembangunan Berstrata Komersil Bercampur 1 Blok Ruang Pejabat Dan 1 Blok 37 Tingkat Pangsapuri Perkhidmatan Sediaada" for premises known as Lot No. G-01, G-02 Dan G-12, Aras Tanah, on a piece of land located at PTD 199241, Medini Zon F, Mukim Pulai, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim.
