On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 510,000,000 Placement Shares issued pursuant to the first tranche of the Private Placement were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 6 April 2026.
