Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 January 2026 and 27 February 2026 in relation to the delay in the issuance of annual report for the financial period ended 30 September 2025.

The Board of Directors of MLABS ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company remains unable to release its Annual Report 2025, which includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports for the financial period ended 30 September 2025 ("Annual Report 2025"), to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the shareholders, pending for the Company's external auditors to finalise the annual audited financial statements for the financial period 30 September 2025.

The management has been working closely with the external auditors throughout the audit process to expedite completion.

Notwithstanding the above, the Company expects to issue and submit its Annual Report 2025 within 4 months from the date of this announcement.

For information, the trading in the securities of MLABS has been suspended with effect since 10 February 2026 pending the submission of the Annual Report 2025.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on the progress of the above matter in due course.
