| Working experience and occupation | Datin Wan Syarihah binti Razman is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with over 15 years of experience in dispute resolution, specialising in arbitration, corporate, and commercial litigation. She commenced her legal career in 2005 as a Federal Counsel at the Attorney General's Chambers, where she served in the Advisory Division of the Ministry of Human Resources, providing legal advice on legislation and regulatory matters. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2007 and thereafter joined Messrs Shook Lin & Bok as a Legal Assistant, where she focused on dispute resolution. In 2010, Datin Wan Syarihah co-founded Mohanadass Partnership, a boutique litigation and arbitration firm which has since gained recognition both locally and internationally, including by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. Her practice encompasses a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border disputes, including matters in the oil and gas, construction, and corporate sectors. She has acted as counsel and co-counsel in arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules, including SIAC, ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, and KLRCA, with seats in multiple jurisdictions such as Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, London, Geneva, Bangkok, and Delhi. She also advises on shareholder disputes, joint ventures, and regulatory and governance-related matters. Datin Wan Syarihah is actively involved in professional and regulatory bodies. She previously served as Council Member and Honorary Secretary of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators and is currently a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Malaysia Medical Council. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2007. |
