We refer to the announcement made on 5 December 2025, 8 December 2025, 18 December 2025 and 7 January 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definition set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Board had on 20 February 2026 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.293 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.293 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.032 or 9.85% to the 5-day VWAMP of Magma Shares up to and including 19 February 2026, being the latest traded day of Magma Shares immediately before the price-fixing date, of RM0.325 per Magma Share.
