Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 24 November 2021, 24 February 2022, 24 May 2022, 24 August 2022, 24 November 2022, 24 February 2023, 24 May 2023, 24 August 2023, 24 November 2023, 23 February 2024, 23 May 2024, 23 August 2024, 22 November 2024, 21 February 2025, 21 May 2025, 21 August 2025 and 21 November 2025 in relation to the MOU signed between PECCA and MARii (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to update the following: -

1. From 12 to 14 November 2025, MARii organized the Global Automotive and Technology Expo (“GATE”) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia, which brought together various Original Equipment Manufacturers (“OEMs”) and vendors for product showcases, business opportunities, and conferences.
2. Representatives from Pecca Leather Sdn. Bhd. had the opportunity to participate throughout the entire event, following a generous invitation from MARii. This enabled us to engage directly with potential business partners through GATE Connect and to enhance our understanding of the current state of the global automotive market through the GATE Conference.
