On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had, on 13 February 2026, granted an Order confirming the Share Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act. The sealed copy of the Order will be extracted and lodged with the Registrar of Companies for the Share Capital Reduction to take effect.

The effective date of the Share Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
