The Company refers to the announcement made by WIDAD on 11 February 2026 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by WBSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WIDAD against the Company.
As at the date of this announcement, the Company has not been served with the said Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim and has not received any official court documents in respect of the alleged action. Accordingly, the Company is presently unable to comment substantively on the matter.
The Company will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad upon receipt of the said Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim and after assessing the implications of the same.
