CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE

The Board of Directors of Johor Plantations Group Berhad wishes to announce the following changes in the composition of the Board Sustainability Committee:

1. Appointment

Zaidatul Zurita binti Abdul Rahman has been appointed as Chairman of the Board Sustainability Committee with effect from 12 February 2026.

2. Re-designation

Fawzi bin Ahmad has been re-designated as a member of the Board Sustainability Committee with effect from 12 February 2026.

Following the above changes, the composition of the Board Sustainability Committee is as follows:
