The Board of Directors of Omesti Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed New RRPT Mandate at the forthcoming 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date which will be announced later.
A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed New RRPT Mandate will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
Please disregard the draft circular attached in the earlier announcement as the draft circular has yet to be cleared by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
