Pursuant to Paragraph 10.05(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad,  the Board of Directors of Borneo Oil Berhad (“BORNOIL”) is pleased to announce that the gold mining tenement at Bukit Ibam, Pahang, which is operated under an Exclusive Production Sharing Agreement between its wholly-owned subsidiary, Borneo Oil Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“BOC”), and HDL Global Sdn. Bhd. (“HDL”), has received approval from the Department of Minerals and Geoscience Malaysia on 9 February 2026 to undertake mine development, mining, and processing operations within the tenement in accordance with the approved Operational Mining Scheme (“OMS”).
