Further to the Company’s announcements dated 13 May 2025, 15 May 2025, 10 July 2025, 23 September 2025, 24 September 2025, 8 October 2025,10 October 2025, 23 October 2025, 13 November 2025, 15 December 2025, 17 December 2025, 31 December 2025, 7 January 2026, 9 January 2026, 13 January 2026, 21 January 2026, 22 January 2026, 28 January 2026, 4 February 2026 and 5 February 2026, the Board of Directors of Asdion (“Asdion” or “the Company”) wishes to announce the following updates on the case:-

1. Asdion has today informed the High Court that Asdion as a shareholder of Asdion Property Management Sdn Bhd, it has decided to proceed by way of a creditors’ meeting with Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia and to obtain the necessary consent to pursue the appeal (WA-11ANCvC-2-01/2024).
2. The appeal High Court further directed that, as this is an old matter pending since 2024, only one final Case Management will be fixed on 10 March 2026. In the event that consent from Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia is not obtained by that date, the appeal shall be struck out.

Further announcement on the development of the above legal suit will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
