On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 February 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of 3 months of up to 23 May 2026 to implement the Proposed Private Placement (“2nd Extension of Time Application”).
The outcome of Bursa Securities’ decision for the 2nd Extension of Time Application will be announced in due course.
