Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcement.

Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 18 August 2025, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 31 January 2026 to submit the Proposed Regularisation Plan. As at 16 January 2026, the Company had submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities of 6 months up to 31 July 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“Second EOT Application”).

As at the date of this announcement, the Second EOT Application is pending Bursa Securities’s decision. The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) regarding the Second EOT Application.
