We wish to advise that 3D Energi Limited, an associate company of Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad, has issued two (2) disclosures to the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX").

Copies of each disclosure to the ASX are enclosed in the attachments.

The Group will monitor the development of this matter. The financial impact on the Group is limited to the carrying value of its investment in 3D Energi Limited of approximately RM4 million.
