| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Ngan Yih See commenced his career upon completion of his studies when he joined Noxel Group as a Management Trainee from 2014 to 2016. During his tenure, he demonstrated strong capabilities in finance and administration. Subsequently he was tasked to manage key accounts, overseeing commercial matters and supporting business development activities for manufacturing related business. In 2018, he was appointed as a Director of Noxel investment arm, a diversified private investment holding company with interests spanning food and beverage chains and risk management advisory services. He continues to hold this position to date and is actively involved in strategic planning, financial management, and investment oversight. In addition, Mr. Ngan has a keen interest in financial derivatives and is actively involved in trading futures and options. |
