The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that PJBumi Heavy Engineering & Services Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “PJBumiHES”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 15 January 2026 entered into a joint venture agreement (“JV Agreement”) with INTLEF Horizon Pressure Control (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “INTLEF”) to incorporate a new joint venture company to undertake the Project and further agreed to execute all necessary agreements and documents to ensure the smooth operation and management of the new joint venture company (hereinafter referred to as “JVco”).
