We refer to the announcements made on 18 July 2025 and 18 August 2025 in relation to the EOT Application (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Asdion, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an application for a further extension of time of 6 months up to 31 July 2026 to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 16 January 2026.

Further announcement will be made upon the decision from Bursa Securities on the said application.
