On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 12 January 2026 (“Price Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.080 each (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 0.5% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to 9 January 2026, being the last full trading day immediately prior to the Price Fixing Date, of RM0.0804 per Share (Source: Bloomberg).
