Further to the Company’s announcements dated 13 May 2025, 15 May 2025, 10 July 2025, 23 September 2025, 24 September 2025, 8 October 2025,10 October 2025, 23 October 2025, 13 November 2025, 15 December 2025, 17 December 2025 and 31 December 2025, the Board of Directors of Asdion (“Asdion” or “the Company”) wishes to announce the following updates on the cases:-

1. The High Court (appeal) has fixed the next Case Management (WA-11ANCvC-2-01/2024) on 12 February 2026 to update the High Court (appeal) on the status of the method to be used for the application for leave to proceed with the appeal with Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia; and
2. The winding-up High Court has directed that the application for stay and/or termination of the winding-up (WA-28PW-605-10/2025) be amended to be an application for termination only. Case management is fixed for 13 January 2026 to make this amendment.

Further announcement on the development of the above legal suit will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
