We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 3 May 2024 in respect of the Offer of Options under Share Issuance Scheme. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of MQ TECH wishes to announce that the Directors and Employee of the Company would like to surrender the balance of 2,990,710 unexercised esos (after consolidation of 10 shares into 1 share) allocated to them on 3 May 2024.
