The Board of Directors of Lotus wishes to announce that Lotus Plantation Sdn. Bhd., a whoolly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 19 December 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Guangxi Forestry Research Institute of the People’s Republic of China to establish a collaborative framework for cooperation in forestry science, technology innovation and industrial development.
