ECOMATE HOLDINGS BERHAD ("ECOMATE HOLDINGS" OR THE "COMPANY") BONUS ISSUE OF 358,025,834 FREE WARRANTS ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARE IN ECOMATE HOLDINGS ("ECOMATE HOLDINGS SHARE(S)") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF ECOMATE HOLDINGS ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
Each Warrant entitles the warrant holder to subscribe for 1 new Ecomate Holdings Share at the exercise price of RM0.82 at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period"), subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 27 November 2025 as executed by Ecomate Holdings. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. This announcement is dated 18 December 2025.
