The Company's announcement made on 19 April 2024 in connection with the members' voluntary winding up of Mayang Sari Sdn Bhd and Satria Sewira Sdn Bhd (collectively, the "Companies"), indirect subsidiaries of the Company refers.

The Company wishes to announce that the Companies held their final meetings on 18 December 2025 ("Final Meetings") to conclude the members' voluntary winding up.

The Liquidators will lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, the Returns by Liquidator relating to Final Meeting ("Returns") together with a copy of the accounts within 7 days from the Final Meetings in accordance with Section 459(3) of the Companies Act, 2016 ("Act"). Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Act, the Companies will be dissolved upon the expiration of 3 months from the date of lodgement of the Returns.
