Further to the Company’s announcements dated 13 May 2025, 15 May 2025, 10 July 2025, 23 September 2025, 24 September 2025, 8 October 2025,10 October 2025, 23 October 2025, 13 November 2025 and 15 December 2025, the Board of Directors of Asdion (“Asdion” or “the Company”) wishes to announce the following updates on the cases:

The Company has filed an application for leave that the earlier appeal filed by Asdion Property Management Sdn. Bhd. can proceed in the High Court. The matter is fixed for Case Management (WA-28PW-771-12/2025) on 31 December 2025.

The High Court (appeal) has fixed Case Management (WA-11ANCvC-2-01/2024) for 7 January 2026 to update the High Court (appeal) as to the leave application above.

The Court has fixed 7 January 2026 for Case Management (WA-28PW-605-10/2025) for the parties to update the Court as to the status of the application to stay and/or terminate the winding-up order (against Asdion Property Management Sdn. Bhd).

Further announcement on the development of the above legal suit will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
