Cik Azizahwati binti Ishak has 29 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and board governance spanning across diverse industries including healthcare, telecommunications, finance, and oil & gas. She was with UEM Edgenta Group for 9 years where she served as Company Secretary for UEM Edgenta Medi Serve Sdn Bhd and other group entities. She joined Danajamin Nasional Berhad as Head of Secretarial (2012-2014) and returned in 2018 as Company Secretary and had a brief stint at Axiata Group Berhad. 

Her association with PETRONAS began in 2015 when she was appointed as Head of Corporate Secretarial, PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad until 2017. She rejoined PETRONAS in 2022, and she is currently the Company Secretary of PETRONAS Gas Berhad and several subsidiaries under the Group.
