The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company has on 9 December 2025 accepted the tender submission dated 6 December 2025 from PJBumi Heavy Engineering & Services Sdn. Bhd. ("PJBumiHES" or “the Contractor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for Design and Build for the Proposed Industrial Development consisting of 22 units of 1½-storey terraced industrial buildings on Lot PT 60594, Mukim Sungai Petani, Kuala Muda District, Kedah Darul Aman (“Project”) for a contract sum of RM23,464,885.02.
