Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 31 July 2024, 1 August 2024, 2 September 2024, 1 October 2024, 1 November 2024, 18 November 2024, 2 December 2024, 2 January 2025, 24 January 2025, 3 February 2025, 3 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 2 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 18 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 18 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025 and 3 November 2025.

Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.

Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 18 August 2025, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 31 January 2026 to submit the Proposed Regularisation Plan to the regulatory authorities for approval. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company is currently in the midst of preparing its Proposed Regularisation Plan.

The Company has approximately two (2) months to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval.

The Company shall make the necessary announcement in relation to the development on the above matter.
