Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 4 November 2025 on the Memorandum of Understanding executed by its’ wholly-owned subsidiary, JAKS Solar Power Holdings Sdn Bhd with TDM - YT Plantation Sdn Bhd on the land lease for developing the LSS Plants (“Land Lease”).

The Company wishes to announce that its subsidiary companies, JAKS CPECC Solar One Sdn. Bhd. and JAKS CPECC Solar Two Sdn. Bhd. has on 28 November 2025, each entered into a Lease Agreement with TDM-YT Plantation Sdn Bhd (“TDMYT” or “Lessor”) to lease part of the land held under PN7311, Lot 2092, Mukim Merang Daerah Setiu, Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman for the LSS Plants (“Lease Agreements”).
