Dato' Sri Siaw Swee Hin started  as a Marketing Executive in Industry Solvents Chemicals & Lubricant oil Company in Singapore in year 1997. Since 1999, he went into varies businesses in solvents chemicals, paint manufacturing, properties developments and power plant in Myanmar and Cambodia and Vietnam. 

He was the Managing Director and the major shareholder of Naim Indah Corporation Berhad, now known as Pegasus Heights Berhad, Lagenda Erajuta Sdn Bhd and GE Properties Sdn Bhd; the companies are involved in properties development and project management consultant. 

In year 2015, he set up satellite company, SP Satellites Sdn Bhd (formerly known as ASN satellites Sdn Bhd); a license holder for NSP and NFP issued by MCMC (Malaysia Communications and Multimedia Commission) for satellite operations, satellite stations, broadband connectivity and etc.

The property project under his leading has been awarded the "Asean Most Recognized Brand in Property Sustainability Development" and "Winner of Property Insight Malaysia Pretigious Developer Awards - Best Seaview Development_Likas Boulevard". Dato' Sri Alex received his award as "Global Outstanding Young Leader" from Yazhou Zhoukan Limited Hong Kong, a well-known and acclaimed Chinese International business and financial magazine.
