Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 6 September 2024, 21 November 2024, 5 May 2025, 9 May 2025 and 3 November 2025 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 11 November 2025, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 19 May 2026 to implement and complete the Rights Issue with Warrants.
