Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 6 September 2024, 21 November 2024, 5 May 2025 and 9 May 2025 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on even date submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 6 months from 20 November 2025 up to 19 May 2026 for the Company to implement and complete the Rights Issue with Warrants.
