Peakmax filed the following Notices of Appeal in the Court of Appeal on 21 October 2025:
1. Appeal against the Kuala Lumpur High Court’s decision allowing MMM’s application to appoint Mr Andrew Heng and Mr Ashvin Mahedran of Baker Tilly Insolvency PLT as the Private Liquidators of AMSB in substitution of the Official Receiver appointed pursuant to the Winding Up Order dated 9 April 2021.
2. Appeal against the Kuala Lumpur High Court’s decision in dismissing Peakmax’s application to appoint Mr Tee Siew Kai of S K Tee Insolvency Services in substitution of the Official Receiver appointed pursuant to the Winding Up Order dated 9 April 2021 with costs of RM5,000.00 to be paid to MMM.
