The Company wishes to inform the following:
During the Hearing on 14 October 2025 for Enclosure 1 (Appointment of Andrew Heng and Ashvin Mahedran as private liquidators of AMSB) and Enclosure 11 (Appointment of Tee Siew Kai as alternative to Enclosure 1), the Court delivered its decision as follows:
1. The learned Judge granted Order in Terms for Enclosure 1, that is, Andrew Heng and Ashvin Mahedran of Baker Tilly Insolvency PLT will be appointed as Private Liquidators of AMSB to replace the Official Receiver. Cost of RM3,000.00 subject to allocatur fees to be paid by the Applicant to the Official Receiver.
2. Enclosure 11 (Appointment of Tee Siew Kai as alternative to Enclosure 1) is dismissed with cost of RM5,000.00 subject to allocatur fees to be paid by Peakmax to the Applicant.
