The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that PT Indodrill Bumi Perkasa, the 90%-owned sub-subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Indonesia (“Contractor” or “IBP”) had on 19 September 2025 entered into an Integrated Project Management (“IPM”) Service Agreement (“Contract” or “Agreement’) with PT Petro Papua Mogoi Wasian (“PPMW”), whereby PPMW is an Oil & Gas operator with a concession to conduct exploration and exploitation activities in the Mogoi Wasian, Papua.
