The Board of Directors of JRB (“Board”) is pleased to announce that the consortium of its wholly owned subsidiary company, JAKS Solar Power Holdings Sdn Bhd (“JSPH”) and China Power Engineering Consulting Group International Engineering Co. Ltd.(“CPEEC”) (collectively referred to as “the Consortium”) had received two Letters of Notification (LON) from the Energy Commission (“EC”), both dated 2 September 2025 to undertake the development of two (2) LSS Plants of 99.99MW each in Setiu, Terengganu (collectively “the Projects”).
