Pursuant to Paragraph 10.05 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kesar Sdn. Bhd. (“Vendor”) had on 29th August 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“Agreement” or “SPA”) with Nova Star Capital Holding Sdn. Bhd. (“Purchaser”) to dispose a unit of 3 storey shop office erected on a leasehold land of 99 years expiring on 29/05/2099, held under H.S.(D) 137518 PT 109, Bandar Sunway, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 242 square meters and bearing postal address of 10, Jln PJS 8/2, P.J. Selatan, 46000 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a total consideration of RM3,650,000.00, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Agreement (“the Proposed Disposal”).
