The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that PT Petra Jaya Bumi or (“Lessee” or “Petra”), a 90% owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Indonesia, had on 27 August 2025 entered into a Lease Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) with PT Sahabat Usaha Nusantara (“Lessor” or “SUN”), whereby Lessor is the legal and beneficial owner of the onshore drilling rig and Lessee desire to lease the Rig from Lessor for the use in its oil and gas operation in Indonesia and Lessor agrees to lease the Rig to the Lesser, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement.
