The Board of Directors of XLHB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-back at the forthcoming 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

A circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-back will be despatched to shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Annual Report 2025 in due course.
