The Company wishes to inform the following:

 

Following the case management via e-Review, the Court had given directions on 13 August 2025 as follows:

  1. The Applicant to file Affidavit in Reply to the Enclosure 11 (Appointment of Tee Siew Kai as alternative to Enclosure 1) on or before 27 August 2025.
  2. The Respondent to file Affidavit in Reply to Enclosure 11 (Appointment of Tee Siew Kai as alternative to Enclosure 1) on or before 10 September 2025.   
  3. The parties to file Submissions for both Enclosure 1 (Appointment of Andrew Heng and Ashvin Mahedran as private liquidators of AMSB) and Enclosure 11 (Appointment of Tee Siew Kai as alternative to Enclosure 1) on or before 19 September 2025.
  4. The parties to file Reply Submissions for both Enclosure 1 (Appointment of Andrew Heng and Ashvin Mahedran as private liquidators of AMSB) and Enclosure 11 (Appointment of Tee Siew Kai as alternative to Enclosure 1) on or before 3 October 2025.
  5. The parties to serve the hardcopies of all cause papers filed to the Court on or before 7 October 2025.
  6. Hearing for Enclosure 1 (Appointment of Andrew Heng and Ashvin Mahedran as private liquidators of AMSB) and Enclosure 11 (Appointment of Tee Siew Kai as alternative to Enclosure 1) be fixed via Zoom on 14 October 2025.
