Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 19 January 2024, 22 January 2024, 5 March 2024, 4 April 2024, 18 April 2024, 23 April 2024, 13 February 2025,1 August 2025 and 7 August 2025.
The Company wishes to announce that parties have reached an amicable settlement. The suit has been withdrawn without liberty to file afresh and with no order as to costs on 12 August 2025.
The settlement is not expected to have any material effect to the Company for the financial year ending 31 August 2025.
