Mr. Cheah is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a diversified background across sectors, including property development, hospitality, healthcare, renewable energy, retail and investment. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), with a solid foundation in both corporate and operational finance. 

His career has progressed through increasingly senior roles involving group financial reporting, Bursa Malaysia compliance, corporate restructuring, budgeting, and investment evaluation. He has held strategic management 
positions overseeing multi-entity group finance operations and has been instrumental in guiding corporate direction, strategic planning, and high-level business decision-making across both listed and private entities. 

Mr. Cheah brings with him a broad and practical perspective, with active involvement in internal control enhancement, cross-functional leadership, and initiatives focused on improving group-level performance.
