As stated in the Initial Announcement, the application to the SC in relation to the Proposed Transfer was expected to be submitted within 2 months from the date of the Initial Announcement.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the submission of the application to the SC in relation to the Proposed Transfer is expected to be submitted within 1 month from this announcement, pending completion of the due diligence process.
