| 1) The basic earnings per share for the 6 months period ended 31 December 2011 has been calculated based on the profit attributable to owners of the Parent of RM1,065,000(2010: RM39,061,000) and the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue during the period of 680,131,000 shares (2010:RM686,711,000) after taking into account the movement of shares bought back by the Company. 2) The fully diluted earnings per share is not computed as there is no dilutive potential on the ordinary shares during the reporting periods. 3) The net assets per share is calculated based on the Shareholders' Fund (excluding non-controlling interests) divided by the number of ordinary shares in issue after deducting shares bought back by the company. |
