KUALA LUMPUR: Systech Bhd
has entered into a strategic collaboration with Microlink Solutions Bhd
to launch Malaysia’s next-generation GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) infrastructure, powered by Super Micro Computer Inc (Supermicro) GPU servers integrated with NVIDIA technology.
In a statement, the digital solutions provider said that as part of this initiative, its wholly owned subsidiary, Systech Digital Solutions Sdn Bhd, has entered into a collaboration agreement with Applied Business Systems Sdn Bhd (ABS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Microlink.
Under the agreement, Systech Digital will handle the assembly, testing, and deployment of the GPUaaS infrastructure, as well as R&D in AI, quantum computing, and green tech.
ABS will manage delivery, setup, and maintenance of the GPU systems.
Both parties will work together on planning and execution to ensure smooth project delivery.
Systech executive director Jonathan Lim Ying Ran said the launch of the company’s GPUaaS infrastructure marks more than just a technology upgrade, describing it as a commitment to driving Malaysia’s AI-powered future.
“With the support of our trusted partner Microlink and the strength of Supermicro’s high-performance servers, we are building a powerful AI compute backbone to serve enterprise, public, and innovation ecosystems nationwide.”
Systech's substantial shareholder Datuk Mohd Azizulhasni Awang said: “As Malaysia accelerates its digital transformation, this GPUaaS launch arrives at a pivotal moment. Meanwhile, Microlink executive director Wong Kwang Chwen said the company, through ABS, is proud to supply Supermicro’s world-class server technology integrated with NVIDIA solutions.
He said the collaboration exemplifies how local technology players can join forces to deliver future-ready digital services aligned with national aspirations.
