KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia opened lower on Friday, dragged by mild profit-taking in select counters, tracking Wall Street’s overnight decline amid lingering global caution.

At condom maker Karex Bhd (KL:KAREX)’s annual general meeting (AGM) in November, of the eight ordinary resolutions voted on by shareholders, only one was not passed.

KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Securities Sdn Bhd has lowered its target price for Karex Bhd to RM1.40 from RM1.60 previously, while maintaining its “Buy” call following its earnings revision for the company.
